Having a capable team of experts at both ends of the spectrum and at each stage in between is fundamental to creating an ever increasing array of opportunities for our clients.

Most importantly, our team extends beyond our staff to our clients and partners in business. As sheep and beef farming faces ever increasing challenges it is imperative that we pool our expertise to ensure a prosperous future for us all.

Rissington Breedline do not believe the current industry structure is sustainable and refuse to accept the ceilings that the industry is so fond of placing on production systems. That is why we constantly evaluate and implement new technologies, whether it be in breeding programmes or at a commercial level. We have the scale, the drive and the expertise to do this.

For too long the component parts of the industry have worked in a silo. It is only by acting as a supply chain with an understanding of the next person in the chain and the impact of your actions that the industry can move away from the constant 'win lose' or 'them and us' attitude that dogs it. The reality is we must work as partners and strive to produce an ever improving product for the ultimate customer - the consumer.

Whilst there may be challenges along the way it is our style to persist and find a way.
