OUR STORY

Four generations of Absoloms have pioneered the sheep and beef industry to provide scientifically superior genetics to farmers world wide. Talk to any one of them though and they do not see themselves as pioneers. They are quite simply a family who has always been focussed on raising the bar in the industry, particularly when it comes to production.

Over time the operation has grown to incorporate its own unique breeding programmes including Highlander^®, Primera^® and Stabilizer^®. Time has also seen the partnership of the Absolom, Beamish and Ramsden families and more recently an equity partner, to give the operation the scale it requires to achieve its scientifically superior status.

One thing has and will always hold true - the focus on systems and science to underpin the performance for meat producers, the supply chain and the end products themselves.
