The New Zealand Beef and Lamb industry is world renown for producing top quality meat products in one of the cleanest environments. What's more the industry has been able to achieve this with a low cost of production in part due to its open pastoral approach.

It has not come easily and it is by no means satisfied (in fact quite the opposite) but it has bred a culture of continual improvement and exploration of new farming systems, inputs and market opportunities with the view of increasing profitability throughout the supply chain and satisfying consumer demands.
